In what way should we transform Saint-Alphonse-d’Youville’s church?
A parish’s heart and soul are the cornerstones of Quartier V. Our goal is to revitalise heritage buildings such as the Saint-Alphonse-d’Youville church and the Rédemptoristes monastery while retaining their fundamental character, making them the focal point of a high-quality, eco-friendly real estate development. The design team at Groupe immobilier Van Houtte is driven by strong values and a forward-thinking mentality.
A bell tower, stained-glass windows, a copper roof, a large main entrance. In this former church built in 1929 and located right beside Crémazie metro, Groupe immobilier Van Houtte plans to build three floors of office space.
Built in 1914 for the Rédemptoriste Fathers, Le Monastère will be completely renovated and transformed into a four-storey office building with open spaces and high ceilings.
As the first residential project by Groupe immobilier Van Houtte, Le Liguori’s urban condo building forms part of the parish site revitalization that gave birth to Quartier V.
The parish hall situated behind the Saint-Alphonse church, at the end of sleepy rue Saint-Gérard, will take on a new life as a home for local families. Around twenty social housing units will be built here for the La Scala cooperative.
